Dear leaders, distinguished guests, and everyone:
Good morning! I am honored to represent Changli Group at this exhibition and share our insights with all of you.
A few years ago, I heard a phrase that deeply resonated with me: "While the world moves east, China moves west." As Chengdu, an important economic city in the southwest region, is known as the "Number One City in the Southwest". Today, I lead my team to participate in this grand event in the mining equipment industry. I believe that we will come with humility and return with fruitful results.
This year, the domestic economic environment is not optimistic. In the past decade, the massive urbanization process has driven the real estate industry, as well as the building materials, construction, commercial concrete, and home furnishings industries. It has also pushed the traditional manufacturing industry to its peak. With the strong domestic demand, everyone has prospered. However, now that the demographic dividend has disappeared and banks have tightened their lending, the manufacturing industry is facing an unprecedented reshuffle. In terms of the current situation in the sand and gravel industry, there is overcapacity, low market demand, and fierce price competition, which are the most apparent market signals this year. For the equipment manufacturing industry, green, low-carbon, and energy-efficient technologies have become particularly important. On the basis of meeting the requirements for green and ecological development, reducing production costs per ton is the topic that interests every mine owner the most. Our group company has formulated a new market strategy based on various feedback from the end market: putting customer needs at the center and selecting high-quality products. By streamlining our product offerings and focusing on the end market, we aim to build our core competitiveness as the leading brand in the industry and strive to become the most reputable brand among industry users. At the same time, we will extend our efforts in four dimensions: differentiated product structure, logistics network coverage, 24-hour after-sales service, and a 48-hour closed-loop process. Here are two specific plans:
First, we will integrate the existing 400 construction machinery networks in China and establish local micro-companies to provide maintenance technicians, stock important spare parts, and ensure logistics coverage. These micro-companies will have independent financial accounting and be responsible for their own profits and losses. This will truly connect the last mile between end users and products.
Second, we will tackle the pain points in the hard rock sand making industry, such as high power consumption, high wear and tear costs for vulnerable parts, and low production capacity. Since 2021, Changli Group has established a professional sand making machine research and development base and has led technical teams to engage in in-depth technical exchanges and cooperation with well-known companies in Belgium, Germany, and other countries. We also have good news to share: the Talus 1553 sand maker, developed and led by Changli Group, has already undergone comprehensive data acceptance tests at four trial bases in Yunnan, Zhengzhou, Guizhou, and Nanjing. It is expected to be launched in August this year. This machine is the first in China with a rotor diameter of 1.5 meters and has advantages such as high production capacity, low power consumption, and low wear and tear. We believe it will serve mine owners well. On the marketing front, we have also made a series of adjustments, breaking away from conventional thinking and building our brand from the starting point of business. We aim to completely revolutionize traditional business models and engage in deep interactive experiences from the perspective of our customers. Through personalized and tailored services, we address various issues related to customers' power systems, site structures, and water discharge, providing customized and attentive support.
