In basalt, granite, diabase, limestone, and other sandstone production lines, wear parts such as slabs, hammers, and counterattacks are highly worn. Therefore, in the design of the crushing process, the main crushing tasks use the principle of laminated crushing to reduce the wear of wear parts. The typical configuration of laminated equipment is two-stage crushing and cone crushing process configuration. Therefore, the cone crusher also has a wide range of applications for high-hardness materials.

After adjusting the discharge outlet of the cone crusher, the size of the outlet can be measured by a rotating method. Gently lift the adjustment ring, insert the cone crusher into the crushing cavity for spraying, and accurately adjust the discharge outlet at four relative positions along the circumference of the crushing cavity. When the adjusted discharge outlet meets the size requirements, the adjustment ring needs to be locked with the lock core to restart the cone crusher.

Note that the size of the discharge outlet must not be smaller than the specified size when adjusting. If the adjustment ring is contaminated with wires or other debris during the adjustment process, it may be difficult to rotate, and lubricating oil needs to be added for lubrication. If there is no lubricant at the job site, let the cone crusher feed a small amount of ore and then rotate the adjustment ring.
