Quality Warranty
Terms of Warranty
We provide a six-month quality warranty for our products, excluding vulnerable parts. (Note: Customers can have faulty products repaired, replaced or returned free of charge.) Direct expenses related to the warranty, such as freight, charges for spare parts, and expenses for accommodation of warranty technicians, shall be borne by Party B or deducted from the contract specified payment for goods. Party A shall not be liable for the above-mentioned expenses or any indirect losses beyond the contract. However, Party A must dispatch technicians for instructions when Party B is responsible for the expenses related to the accommodation of technicians.

One-Year Quality Warranty
For crushers, sand makers, mills, and mobile crushing plants, TALUS provides a one-year warranty that becomes valid after acceptance inspection of projects. To apply for warranty, users must present the invoices and vouchers of warranty. The expenses for repairing the damages caused by quality problems of the machines shall be borne by TALUS. For details, please refer to the TALUS Installation Confirmation Voucher and TALUS User Information Card.
